Journey Capital Acquires The Henry in Orlando, FL

New York – May 22, 2024 - Journey Capital Real Estate Partners, a national real estate investment firm, acquired The Henry, a newly constructed, 294-unit multifamily property located within the city of Sanford, Florida in Seminole County, which is part of the greater Orlando MSA. Peter Calatozzo, Managing Partner and Josh Kogel, Managing Director announced the acquisition. The purchase of The Henry represents Journey Capital’s fourth multifamily acquisition in the Orlando MSA and second acquisition in Seminole County.

Constructed in 2023 by DeBartolo Development, a national multifamily developer, the four-story, elevatored community provides residents with modern unit interiors and an expansive amenity set. Apartment interiors feature smart home technology, luxury vinyl plank flooring, walk-in closets with built-in cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washer/dryers.
